We try to describe each item as accurately as possible and would ask that interested buyers get in touch to discuss any concerns they may have regarding condition or appearance of items or request more photographs. Purchases are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations, which give buyers within the UK the right to cancel the purchase up to 21 working days after delivery of the item for a full refund MINUS ANY transport/delivery costs. When we have made no charge for delivery (FREE DELIVERY) a returned item will be refunded minus 10%.
