Shipping policy
Shipping/Distribution: Currently some of our items are in FREE DELIVERY. But not everything, this will be shown during checkout. FREE DELIVERY, and or any delivery price will be included once you enter a delivery postcode. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer FREE DELIVERY for the Highlands & Islands, Internationally or large items, so please contact us for a quote. Delivery of Large items of Furniture requires a personal quote, please email with your postcode. Our preferred delivery partners are DHL and Royal Mail when possible and deliveries can vary from £8.95 for small parcels, medium parcels are £14.95 and up to £35.95 for large parcels. Large items of furniture or high valued items can vary in cost, and we therefore ask you get in touch for a shipping quote. Sometimes through promotions, we will offer FREE Shipping. We can also ship to virtually any destination in the world using a variety of shippers. Due to the varied and unique nature of the items we sell, the destination and depending on the choice of shipping, these costs can vary. In Store Collection:
Should you wish to arrange collection from our store please contact us beforehand. Location Scottish Borders ML12
Delivery Times: Small to medium size parcels on average take 3-5 working days. If you require your item urgently contact us for details.
Packing: All of our items are professionally packed and/or crated onsite, or by a specialist shipping firm if specialised crating is required and the crating fees will be quoted.
Larger items: Large furniture items can take between 2- 3 weeks and ideally no more than 30 days for mainland UK delivery, Highlands & Islands can take longer. Whilst most deliveries go smoothly, nonetheless delays can sometimes happen which are outwith our control. When using shipping agents, we will always keep you well informed and a customer accepts these conditions once a purchase has been made. Our couriers usually collect from us weekly, are fully insured and used to dealing with high valued items, whilst delivering great personal friendly service. Please contact us for a personal bespoke quote if you are requiring prompt delivery.
International Deliveries; Please note if an international order value is below £750.00 GBP Bespoke Vintage UK would be unable to insure an item in transit as it would be below our minimum insurable value. Also, all customers accept responsibility for any possible delays in customs or any duties or local taxes should they apply. All International sales are subject to these terms.
