Bespoke Vintage UK
Here we have a good working Temco early electric clock from around the Art-Deco period Circa 1937. The case and the clock have been cleaned with a new electric cable fitted. This is a lovely example, and has been well looked after, looking nearly as good as the day it was made.
Whilst this clock is sold as working for your Safety and for the safety of your Vintage Electric Clock—PLEASE READ. Vintage electric clocks and early technology are beautiful and which can run reliably and safely for decades. However, there are some things to remember. SAFETY FIRST! These clocks were designed decades before modern safety standards were established and being designed before PAT Testing, as we know it today. As such, it is important to remember that any metal exposed areas of the clock are potential shock hazards. We strive to correct obvious safety problems with wiring and insulation; but no matter what anyone does, it is still a clock designed with antiquated safety philosophies and with ware and tear. So, no one can guarantee they will always be safe! Therefore, running of this electric clock is at the at the owners risk and we would advise if you have ANY concerns DO NOT RUN it, disconnect it, and seek professional advice.
